1jz Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 1jz platform by all users accessing our services in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before using any part of the platform.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the 1jz platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Continued use of the 1jz platform after any amendments to these terms are published will be deemed acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
The 1jz platform is open only to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Account Creation & User Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1jz platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are required to provide their full legal name, correct date of birth, and valid contact details at registration. False or misleading information constitutes grounds for account termination and the rejection of any pending withdrawal requests.
Account Security Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials, including their username and password. 1jz recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform. Users should notify the platform immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
1jz will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your login credentials should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Users of the 1jz platform agree not to use it for any unlawful, unethical, or harmful purpose that could damage the platform, other users, or third parties. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical errors, or engage in fraud of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities

- ●Transferring an account or operating an account on behalf of another individual
- ●Money laundering or suspicious financial activity

Payment Information & Transaction Policy
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 1jz platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX and local e-wallets. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change from time to time based on operational requirements.
Identity Verification for Withdrawals
Before any withdrawal is processed, 1jz reserves the right to request identity verification to meet compliance requirements. Required documents may include a copy of a valid identification card. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the original deposit may be subject to additional review.
Transaction Refusal & Cancellation
1jz reserves the right to decline, withhold, or void any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. Funds linked to suspected activity may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation. The platform's decision in such matters is final.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
1jz is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. The platform's total liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in their active account at the time of the relevant incident.
Temporary technical failures, scheduled system maintenance, and service disruptions beyond the platform's control do not entitle users to claim compensation for any betting opportunities missed during those periods.
Account Suspension & Closure
1jz reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for security reasons. Suspended accounts cannot be accessed until the investigation is concluded and the platform's decision has been communicated to the user via their registered email.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 1jz support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification has been completed.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and code on the 1jz platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these elements without prior written authorisation.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. 1jz is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing those links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
1jz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for any claim or dispute relating to the 1jz platform.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this document without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
